77 ways to use HON SHA ZE SHO NEN (HSZSN)   

The 3^rd Symbol for Distance Attunement and Remote Healing 

It is not difficult to discover the various levels of existence in the meanings of this symbol. Hon Sha Ze Sho Nen makes the connection between Spirit and Body, heaven and earth, and is therefore known as 'The Bridge'. It travels through time and space to fulfill its function and is commonly known as the Distance symbol. You can heal absent persons with it or send energy to a situation or relationship. You can treat a cause rooted in the past with it, and it can change thought patterns (mental healing), what makes it a perfect symbol for karmic healing. Hon Sha Ze Sho Nen connects your higher self with the higher self of the one you send energy; 'The Divine in me greets and honors the Divine in you' and this really is the best approach we can take towards our fellowmen.  

HON= Spirit, Source, Origin, Universe, Strength of Mind 

SHA= Mind, Brain power, Intelligence, Awareness 

ZE    = Space, Be, Being, Hole, Be Alive, Be Present 

SHO= Feeling, Emotions, Sensation, Distant, perception 

NEN= Consciousness, Body, Attention, Absent, Realization 

The How to, the When and the Who of HSZSN 

1.          Hon-Sha-Ze-Sho-Nen is the Distant Healing symbol.  

2.          Hon-Sha-Ze-Sho-Nen means “No past, no present, and no future”.  

3.          HSZSN means Freedom from delusion, limitation and Karma. 

4.         For any couple who is planning to have a child, it is important for them to get attuned to at least reiki level 2 and learn how to use HSZSN. 

5.         You can send healing to your unborn child who is in the past till you are ready to get pregnant and send healing to the future when you intend to get pregnant. 

6.         You can decide in which year you want to get pregnant and then send healing to your child in that year or then to be born. 

7.         With HSZSN, CKR, SHK, and HSZSN you can daily give healing for 10 minutes to your baby during pregnancy. 

8.         The father can send reiki healing to the mother and the baby at the time of delivery from any place in the world if he is not present by the side of his wife at the time of delivery. 

9.         If the baby has to stay in an incubator both the father and mother can send distant healing to their baby. 

10.       It can be used in every healing session from past and future aspects of any problem being healed.  

11.       Hon-Sha-Ze-Sho-Nen is used to send Reiki to others at a distance.  

12.       You can send healing and Attunements across the room or across the world.  

13.       With Hon-Sha-Ze-Sho-Nen you can send healing to any place in the world or any time zone.  

14.     This is Usui Reiki Distant Healing Symbol.  It is taught in level 2 and means May the Buddha in me connect to the Buddha in you to promote harmony and peace.   

15.       Pronounced Hon- Sha- Zee- Show- Nen, it travels unhindered through time and space.  It is most often used in distant healings and attunements.   

16.       It is a good idea to use a picture when sending healing or attunement to a distance to help you center in on the person that you are sending to.  

17.       Establish a connection using Hon-Sha-Ze-Sho-Nen and the persons Picture (best) or Name and description. 

18.       You can also Use a stuffed animal as a stand for the person you are sending healing to.  

19.       Draw Hon-Sha-Ze-Sho-Nen in the air above the stuffed animal, state your intent, wait for the energy to start flowing to connect and then do a standard healing. 

20.        Intent is very important for the sender and receiver 

21.       Hon-Sha-Ze-Sho-Nen helps you understand that time is just an illusion.  

22.       You can time your healings or attunements by stating the time you intend the healing/attunement to be received.  

23.       When sending in time, make sure to specify exactly when the person should receive the energy.  

24.       I use this when I give most attunements and it works great, be sure you are very specific. 

25.       I intend to send healing to Diana on January 27, 2008 at 9:00 p.m. “her time”- works well.   

26.       Be careful with using this method or you could send to the incorrect day or time or even year.  

27.       Your channel will strengthen.  Your awareness will heighten.  And the recipient will feel reiki energy very powerfully.   

28.       With the aid of this symbol, Reiki can be 'sent' to interact beneficially with issues or situations long since past, or alternatively, ones as yet not have manifested themselves.   

29.       Some practitioners utilise the symbol when they need to 'connect' (metaphorically speaking) with people, places, events, pets or plants.   

30.     The distant symbol may also be used as a means of assisting interaction with, deity, spirits of place, or ancestral spirits (or as some prefer to phrase it: ancestral energy-patterns)  

31.      HSZSN, also known as the Oneness symbol, erases the illusion of time and space, allowing the user to not only connects with the recipient, but to be one with the recipient to facilitate healing at a distance.   

32.     Using this symbol to open the door through time and/or space, one may send healing energy simply by creating an intention, by holding a photo of the recipient, using a doll or other surrogate as a substitute for the body of the recipient, and so on.   

33.      There is room for plenty of creativity.  Another very wonderful use of HSZSN is to heal yourself at different ages of your life or even past lives.   

34.      Finding the root of your issues through this Oneness symbol, in conjunction with the other symbols, facilitates powerful healing.   

35.       HON SHA ZE SHO NEN - The Distance Symbol is also used to send Reiki to the past, present or future. Healing your past karma, you can direct energy to the mental body or the conscious mind.   

36.       In general the steps to do for long distance healing :   

·           Draw Hon Sha Ze Sho Nen symbol and let energy flow   

·           Draw Cho Ku Rei symbol and let energy flow   

·            Direct the energy to its destination  

·            Decide the time you will send the energy and let the recipient be aware of it. 

37.       This symbol transmits Reiki energy across time and space but you should attune yourself to reiki 2 and practice daily by sending energy to your loved one.  

38.       Using this symbol you can send Reiki across the room, across town, to other parts of the country or anywhere in the world even to the cosmonauts in outer space. 

39.       Distance is no barrier.  You can also use this symbol to bridge time.   

40.     You can send Reiki into the "future," where it will store up like a battery, to access at the time you or others will need it or at the time you think you can become pregnant.   

41.       Likewise, you can send Reiki into the "past," to heal issues from earlier in this lifetime, or to past life issues that affect you or others now.  

42.     You can also send the reiki light to your past when you had a miscarriage or when your baby was born dead.  

43.       The essential message of the symbol is "The Buddha in me greets the Buddha in you."  (Another word for Buddha is "The Awakened Heart.")   

44.       And so when you use this symbol you are saying "The Awakened Heart in me greets the Awakened Heart in You."  And when that connection is declared and honored through your hearts, you and the recipient are in a state of Divine Union, and Reiki can be shared regardless of the physical distance between you.   

45.       This symbol connects to the Akashic Records, the life records of each soul, and so it can be used to heal karmic patterns or tendencies that have manifested as dis-ease in the body or that have resulted in mental or emotional pain or distress.   

46.       This symbol is also used to begin and close a Reiki session.    

47.       Its primary use is to send the Reiki energy to someone who is not present.    

48.       When doing this, visualize the person between your hands and say the phrase silently three times.    

49.       You can use the other two symbols during the long distance healing session for further amplification.    

50.       When actually doing long distance sessions you should not exceed twenty minutes.   

51.       The long distance symbol should also be used to begin and end the regular hands-on session in order to establish connection with that person’s Higher Self.    

52.       You can use the other two symbols during the session if you feel it is necessary.   

53.       The long distance symbol can also be used to work on your own body parts that are out of your reach, such as your back.   

54.       Many practitioners use the long distance symbol to send energy to parts of the planet that are in trouble and countries that are undergoing stressful situations and war.    

55.      There are several ways in which to send distance healing. 

·           Hold a picture of the person in your hands or in your mind.  

·           Write the person’s name on a piece of paper and hold it in your hands.  

·           Use a proxy of the person you are sending distance healing to.  

·           Use the distance healing symbol to send healing to the world or to a national crisis.  

56.       To send mental and emotional healing at a distance sandwich the symbols between Cho-Ku-Rei. (Cho-Ku-Rei, Sei-He-Ki, Cho-Ku-Rei, Hon-Sha-Ze-Sho-Nen, Cho-Ku-Rei.)

58.       Negative experiences of the previous life, parallel life and of this life that have been forgotten, but are affecting an individual's behaviour can be brought back to the conscious and dealt with. After this the person will be free of their influence.   

59.       While using Reiki for long distance healing, do not concentrate on healing a particular problem like a backache. Simply send Reiki energy do not limit them.   

60.       By doing this the energy will go to the part of the body which needs it most.   

61.     In long distance healing the energies work on the subtle body of the person like the Chakras and the Aura.  

62.       It does not work directly on the physical body of the person.   

63.       In long distance healing energies take time to work on the physical body and ease physical pain.   

64.       The person you are sending long distance healing to can feel it if he has an open mind.   

65.       They can often tell you what you have done and when you did it.   

66.       Reiki distance healing takes less time than hands -on treatment.   

67.       All it takes is a few minutes to send distance healing.   

68.       You can create a Reiki distance healing systems that will automatically repeat the sending of energies to the person you want.   

69.       If you do this you must set a limit on the number of times the energies are sent otherwise it may continue forever.   

70.       If you have set a number limit you must renew and empower the long distance healing every day.   

71.       Always remember that it’s your intentions that guide the transmission of energies.   

72.     The most important thing in distant healing Reiki is the intention with which you are sending the healing. All you need to do is to clearly formulate your intention, use the Reiki long distance healing symbol and send energies. 

73.       The use of this symbol expresses and strengthens the true intentions of the healer to heal. In other words he expresses his true intention to accept divine will in healing.  

74.       The hon-sha-ze-sho-nen symbol is not only to be invoked at the beginning of a distant healing but also all kinds of healings.  

75.       As students of physics know, everything that exists is composed of energy and moves through a universal energy field which is primarily composed of light.   

76.       Reiki works on each person’s own energy field to balance the flow of energy between that person, the created universe, and God.   

77.       The interconnectedness of all things and the relativity of time and space are part of the explanation. The other part is that Reiki comes from God, who has no limitations.   

Visualization is an important tool in Reiki Distance healing.  It becomes especially useful once we learn the secrets of Hon Sha Ze Sho Nen.  Practice visualizing with twelve pairs of arms attached to your torso area and aiding you in treating another person with the light beaming out of all your fingers, 120 fingers.  Feel the reiki energy pour through each of these 120 fingers as well as your own 10 during the session.
