How to attune others to reiki 1

 

You need to be at least attuned to reiki 3

reiki master to be able to attune to reiki 1, reiki2, reiki 3 and reiki Master.

To Self Attune to Reiki 1, you will need to know the Cho Ku Rei symbol.  It looks like this: and means “Put all the power of the universe here.”  It amplifies the Life Force within the body, thereby strengthening it’s healing abilities.  When an attuned person uses it to heal someone else, it has the effect of making the healing much stronger.  

 

  1.    Relax the mind and body.   
  2. Visualize pure, white light flooding your aura, purifying it.   
  3. Visualize the CHO KU REI symbol in the Crown Chakra.  Invoke it by either mentally or verbally chanting its name “CHO KU REI” three times.   
  4. Visualize the CHO KU REI symbol in the Root Chakra.  Invoke it by either mentally or verbally chanting its name “CHO KU REI” three times.   
  5. Visualize the CHO KU REI symbol at the back of your head, in the Brow Chakra.  Invoke it by mentally or verbally chanting its name three times.   
  6. Visualize the CHO KU REI symbol behind you, just above the Root Chakra, in the Spleen Chakra.  Invoke it by mentally or verbally chanting its name three times.   
  7. Visualize the CHO KU REI symbol at the back of your throat, in the Throat Chakra.  Invoke it by mentally or audibly chanting its name three times.   
  8. Visualize the CHO KU REI symbol at the back of your solar plexus.  Invoke it by chanting its name three times.   
  9. Visualize the CHO KU REI symbol behind your chest, in the middle of your back, within the Heart Chakra.  Invoke it by chanting its name either mentally or verbally three times.   
  10. Visualize the CHO KU REI symbol in the Root Chakra.  Invoke it by either mentally or verbally chanting its name “CHO KU REI” three times.   
  11. Visualize the CHO KU REI symbol on your forehead, in the Brow Chakra.  Invoke it by mentally or verbally chanting its name three times.

  1. Visualize the CHO KU REI symbol in the area your genitals are, just above the Root Chakra, in the Spleen Chakra.  Invoke it by mentally or verbally chanting its name three times.   
  2. Visualize the CHO KU REI symbol at the front of your throat, in the Throat Chakra.  Invoke it by mentally or audibly chanting its name three times.   
  3. Visualize the CHO KU REI symbol at the front of your solar plexus.  Invoke it by chanting its name three times.   
  4. Visualize the CHO KU REI symbol in the middle of your chest, within the Heart Chakra.  Invoke it by chanting its name either mentally or verbally three times.   
  5. One at a time, invoke the CHO KU REI symbol into the chakra in the palm of each hand in the manner described above (visualize the symbol and chant its name three times).   
  6. One at a time, invoke the CHO KU REI symbol into the chakra at the bottom of each foot, as described above.   
  7. Know that this attunement is sealed for all time, and that you are attuned to Reiki Level 1.

Shortly after I was attuned to Reiki I, I visited my father and sister in  Rodrigues.  As my father had been experiencing some health problems, I decided to do Reiki treatments for him while I was there.  We had several sessions over consecutive days and my dad said he felt better each day.  What is interesting is that my sister is a psychic  and so was very interested in the Reiki sessions.  Although she had mentioned Reiki to me, she had not been attuned...
