Can I use SEI HEI KI to loose weight?
Mentally visualise your ideal weight and daily feel that sensation in your subconscious mind. Treat yourself daily with Sei Hei Ki as often as you like because weight or overweight is not a physical illness but an emotional stress. Gaining weight is not because how much or what food you take, it is about how happy are you with what you have or are you happy with what you eat?
Gaining or being obese is it a choice? Being fat and overweight, if could be avoided with food then many would have done it or are doing it daily. Any amount of dieting has not solved your weight problem or only momentarily. When you don’t love your own body, cannot appreciate your skin colour, hair style, eye colour size of your sex organ, your height etc, etc, or are very unhappy with your husband, wife and children why you put weight then not before that?
Weight is a very sensitive, emotional and stress problem. Many rich people or big bosses become overweight because they have problems that they cannot share and the body then starts growing bigger. Shortly after I was attuned to Reiki I, I visited my father and sister in Rodrigues. As my father had been experiencing some health problems, I decided to do Reiki treatments for him while I was there. We had several sessions over consecutive days and my dad said he felt better each day. What is interesting is that my sister is a psychic and so was very interested in the Reiki sessions.
